Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, plus potential Account termination.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x), meaning you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), rpvipu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement date; claims made after this period will not be considered.
For sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body at the conclusion of the event. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For mix parlay bets (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), all selections must win for the bet to be successful; if any selection loses, the entire parlay bet is lost. rpvipu's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to liability. In such circumstances, rpvipu's performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we shall use reasonable efforts to restore Services as soon as practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and rpvipu regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
